Innergy center’s mission is to help people live better, feel vibrant and fully enjoy the benefits of living with optimal health and wellness.
Your healing process will be professionally supported and guided while you take all of the important and necessary steps for establishing vibrant health. Most importantly, you will be shaping your own desired health goals according to your needs and lifestyle. You will be guided toward making optimal choices which are designed to support your health on all levels.

Owner, Eddi Kenny ND PhD (holistic health practitioner, Traditional Naturopath) utilizes many modalities to help individuals balance their body.
Innergy.... combining innovative methods while balancing one’s energy, inside and outside.
Areas addressed include nutritional health guidance, exercise choices, breathing/ meditation techniques, stress management skills, motivation, support, prevention, longevity, anti-aging, emotional and physical well being and lifestyle modifications unique to each person.

Appointments are approximately 1 hour. Check with your insurance for coverage of Naturopathic services.

Health issues that stem from many areas are evaluated during consultation. The whole person is evaluated, not just a symptom.

It is highly recommended that clients consult with their Medical doctors before participating in any lifestyle change, especially one that affects medications.
